  1. You said before you are on a student visa.  Marriage will not enable you to stay in the US.  You will have to remain in your own country while your US citizen spouse applies for your spousal visa, and that will take at least 2 to 2-1/2 years.

You have NO alternative but to go home as soon as your workshop is finished.  You agreed when you got the student visa that you had to return home upon completing or terminating your course.

You cannot switch from a student visa to a work permit without returning home.  You do not have the necessary qualifications for a work permit.  And you do not have any employer willing and able to hire you; if you did, you could go home while they process it then return on a work permit next year.

Stop trying to get around the law and do what you are required to do by the terms of your visa -- GO home!  If you do not abide by the terms of your visa, you will be arrested, detained, deported and barred from returning to the US.  If the US bans you, most other countries will not issue you any kind of visa either -- they don't like people who violate their visas.
