Work in nz (christchurch)?

I'd like to work in CHCH which the place I've been a year and nine months but I came back to my country since last year 15th Dec. What kind of qualifications should I provide for a company?? I've been working as personal assistant for nearly three years. No idea about that working overseas. Many thanks

Good english language skills and university qualifications will be essential - look at where there is a shortage of skilled workers and get qualifications in this area.
