At home I like to "work out" a little to keep as fit as possible for which it's my main source of exercise at the moment and I can't afford half the gyms because they too far to go to on a regular basis.So at home I have 2x 5kg Dumbells and that's it.I do following daily:60 push ups60 sit ups180 CurlsAnd other kind of methods with the dumbells which I'm unsure how to explain nor know the name of.I'm interested in tone of muscles for my arms and pursuing a six pack but my arms have gotten bigger after about one month and seem to be stronger muscle although still very little if any extra tone and my belly is looking more "fitter" although still no where near six pack and don't think what I'm doing is the most effective.I'm looking for different methods and things to do that cost the least and easy to do at home.Thanks in advance!
