Question:

Work out & Muscle Tone

At home I like to "work out" a little to keep as fit as possible for which it's my main source of exercise at the moment and I can't afford half the gyms because they too far to go to on a regular basis.

So at home I have 2x 5kg Dumbells and that's it.

I do following daily:

60 push ups

60 sit ups

180 Curls

And other kind of methods with the dumbells which I'm unsure how to explain nor know the name of.

I'm interested in tone of muscles for my arms and pursuing a six pack but my arms have gotten bigger after about one month and seem to be stronger muscle although still very little if any extra tone and my belly is looking more "fitter" although still no where near six pack and don't think what I'm doing is the most effective.

I'm looking for different methods and things to do that cost the least and easy to do at home.

Thanks in advance!

  1. Depends on what you want? You want to get in shape then you gotta do more, thats what its all about, more more more until you either get hurt or die (of natural causes, ie old age). Its like levels, you keep advancing.

For the six pack u gotta do cardio and eat right, i mean really eat right.Well depending on your body type, for abs start with like 10 crunches and what ever u do and keep increasing as time goes by, the hurt it hurts the better, wen it comes to abs if it dont hurt then ur doing it wrong.
