Work out plan? 10 pts!?

i was reading a magazine (i think it was lifestyle?) where they did a month work out plan for summer. i would really appreciate it if anyone with that magazine would tell what all was in that article it was towards the end and one of the things was like butt clenches or something? anyway please help! if you have no idea what i'm talking about please just give me some advice on tightening workout plans!

  1. eat light of potatoes and light foods

    run at leat 2 times a week

    push ups and sit ups help
