i played basketball last year for my highschool.. .Oak Grove HIgh in San jose ca check us out on maxpreps. .. . but i graduated this year and am getting ready for college basketball. . i need a workout plan . . . when i say work out i dont mean shooting and dribbling drills. .i mean weight lifting!! anyone know a good workout i can do at the gym for my position im a G 6'0 curruntly 200 pounds. .need to lose 15 as well thanks for your help
