Work out plan???????? help please?

school starts in about 1 1/2 weeks and i need a orkout plan that i can do everyday for the whole school year. anything is workable.

school is from 645 am-300 pm

well its from 730-210 but the bus drops me off at 300

i usually will then have half hour of homework.

so what some excersizes and stuff i can do to lose weight

i can work out for up to 3 hourse

i dont have any equipment and it wouldbe just me home because my sister is at soccer forevr and my mom works. i really dont have any weight or any equipment

  1. Put a small ball, like a rubber or plastic one, behind your lower back. Do crunches but don't forget to bend back.

    For your legs, place the ball between your knees and squeeze. That really helps for the muscles on the inner thighs.

    For your calves, stand up, then go up and down on your toes.

  4. How about you up your homework to 90 minutes so you can get good grades? You only need an hour for exercise.

    If you are allowed to leave the house, try jogging. But if you are supposed to be staying home, jumping rope is a very good exercise. Not only will it burn calories and make you strong, the jumping will strengthen your bones so you don't hunch over when you're 60.

  6. Heres your best guess without any quipment.

    Run or Bike for 30minutes to an hour, PUSH yourself as much as you can without hurting yourself.

    Then Do 3 sets of Pullups, as many as you can do, try to do 5-8 at the least.

    Do 3 sets of push-ups, as many as you can do, 5-10 at least.

    Do 3 sets of crunches, as many as you can do usually 15-20 at least.

    After that you can do anything youd truly like. Can get a Milk jug, fill with water and use to do hammer curls for biceps. Find a couple tubes of cat litter, fill with water or sand, hold in each hand for squats or lunges. The possibilities are endless.

    Guarantee, most important thing is going to be your cardio, walk/run, or bike. This will burn fast, raise your metabolism and build muscle all at the same time.

    Remember, if your young and your body isn't fully developed, I suggest you stay off weights for you can easily hurt yourself and your joints.

    Follow this plan at least 3 days a week and you'll be fit in no time!
