Work out plan needed?

hey i was hoping that some one could give me a really hard work out routine.....i need to get as big and as strong as possible....thanx !

  1. Someone would need to know a lot more about you in order to give you a safe and effective workout plan for your body type and age.

    If you're serious about it, then it would be worth it to you to hire a personal trainer for one hour to show you exactly what to do and how to use the machines properly to get the best results. This is what I did.  


  2. go to this website, it's called Free Trainers.  You register, its all free, and you can plan a workout depending on your goals and stuff, and there's forums to get advice from everyone else on there.  

    I've used it to find lots of stuff out and its helpful, you can enter your weight and stuff and it recommends the best exercises and routines for you!

    Oh also eat lots of protein!
