Work out question guys please answer?

Okay so I'm gonna get some whey protein this week or next and I was wondering do you use it before/or after workout or both and how much time before/after do you use it. Also how long do I have to work out for to get good results? I'm using weights by the way. The 2.2kg, 4.6 kg and 9kg kind, I use the 4.6kg usually, and what exercises shud i do? Thanks again.

  1. Take about 20g of protein before and after your workout, the best times to take protein is after your workout and before you go to bed....


  2. I always have a single serving of Whey protein before my workout...and then I have another shake (2 or 3 scoops) after my workout - within an hour after.  I have another later in the day - when I get home from work, I have a single serving....and then before I go to bed.....

    As for exercises......you might want to search a book or online so you'll have actual photos of the exercises.....
