I want to make my all state rugby team next year ive started all 3 years on varsity and i just want to know what kind of workouts should i do in order to get stronger.

  1. i found this cool website a while a go - i havent been able to follow the programs to see how good they are but it looks very informative and adjustable to positions and experience.
