Work out routines for UFC?

Does anyone know a website or have details on some of the UFC fighters workout routines? Especially Forrest Griffin and Andre Arvloski?

  1. Watch the tv show if you wanna see how they 'train.'

    Run on a treadmill, hit heavy bags, roll around and 'grapple.'

    That's all I've seen them do.

    If you want an ACTUAL training regimen, stretch for 30 mins, form for 30 mins, free spar for 30 mins, on one day.

    Sprints, pushup variations, squats, handstands and handstand pushups, planks, and free weights, and free spar for 30 mins on the next day.

    Alternate them and take one day a week off.
