  1. Get a ball, it about  35-50 and practice some of the drills. I've been playing  for years, get some weights. Go for a jog, it help the legs. In some colleges they allow people to come and play on the campus. Or go to a gym and sign up to be on a team.

  2. i played in high school. jump roping is a great way to build endurance. we were given a list of types of jump roping styles to do for the summer. also, maybe get a medicine ball to help with arm strength. try some pilates moves that build leg strength, such as laying on the ground and lifting your legs up and down but holding them above the ground. see how long you can hold them up. it builds great muscle in your legs. do sprints and different running styles. hope this helps!

  3. run down the street and back just once it doesnt have to be l a long run just one block and back once a day then do stretches then shuffles then lunges and buy a resistance band and do work with that and do this every night or everynight and day for like 30 minutes.  also yopu can use a weighted hoolihoop.  then do volleyball!

  4. if your a volleyball player, the perfect workout for you is plyometrics.

Here's a link on what you can do to increase your jump tons, jumprope would be considered a plyometric exercise if you were doing it a certain way.  As for arms, dont do pushups.  Just get some small wristweights maybe, and do exercises of the hitting motions of volleyball.  That way once you take the weights off you have a volleyball supershot!

Well good luck with training, here's the link.
