Work permit for 15 year old...?

Question

I have a job interview tomorrow, right after school. I am 15 years old, and just realized that I need a work permit. Is this something I was supposed to fill out beforehand? Or does the employer do this?

If I do need to fill it out... where can I print one out for the province of Manitoba, Canada?

Go to Human Resources and apply for a SIM card.

both you and the emplyer fill parts out check with the school you attend...
