Work permit holder dependent?

Question

I am a work permit holder, and my husband's visa depend on mine.

I am going to apply permanent residence next month, can my husband get the permanent residence at the same time as me?

If we are going to divorce after we both get the permanent residence visa, will his visa be cancelled?

first ?. if you apply for residency, your husband needs to change his visa too. he won't get the residency but his new status will be spouse visa which is 2 years.

second ?. after having his permanent residence, if you divorce his visa won't be revoke.
