that will be difficult unless you have the job already and the manager of your company will give you a certificate that he needs YOU and nobody else (no swiss guy)can do it...

Your prospective employer at the hotel needs only to apply for you a permit 'L'.  If you don't have someone ready to employ you, getting a permit on your own will be more difficult.  I would suggest that you inquire at the administration of your commune to see if it's even possible.  Good luck.
