Work problems any ideas?

i am not a mean person at all so i need some help! my boss is a huge you know what, he cornered me today and screamed so the whole dental office heared, even the people waiting to be seen by him complained. it was because i didnt make a pot of coffe. He has said the f* word to the children he works on not only once but all the time he works on the childrens teeth and they are only 10 and under. i want to make him worry about his practice (not hurt it, ust worry)

He should be reported to the better business bereau

report him to the better business bureau. you can do it online and it can be anonymous. also you should consider contacting the American Dental Association and report him as well. He sounds pretty awful, I'm surprised parents havn't reported him.
