Question

how bad is an absent for work? i was absent and he said its ok ,( not lie kthe other maagers , hes nice), he said id be documented how bad is that ? i forgo iwa workign that day.

Missing work and not calling in is pretty bad.  You can be fired for being a "no show".  I am glad your boss was understanding...you were lucky.  At the beginning of the work week, be sure to write down your schedule and check it often.  

Documenting your "no show" is making a note of that.  If it happens again, you will probably lose your job.  

Learn from that mistake and do better.
