Work question (taking a few days off)

OK, so I am taking off thursday and friday from work (already have a flight), but I only asked for Friday off when I talked to my boss last week. I know he really doesn't care (I'm an intern so it doesn't matter too much) so should I ask or tell him I'm taking thursday off too? And should I ask him today or tomorrow. Morning or afternoon? Help!

Ask him now. Don't wait. It shouldn't be a problem but you should give him as much notice as you can. It shows that you are considerate and professional. It's fine. It happens. But don't procrastinate.

I would let him know as soon as possible. Say you're sorry for informing him about Thursday earlier.

I would ask him as soon as possible  just taking the day off doesn't look good on you as an intern

ask asap.. when my dads employees dont call or show up, they run the risk of being fired

I would let him know as soon as possible. You can say that you booked your flight for Thursday and apologize if it is inconvenient. Do NOT mention that as an intern you don't think it matters much, very bad idea. I would also let anyone else you work with know about the change in your plans.
