Work through the pain?

well for the past 3 days iv been doing running activies and the back of my lower legs hurt when i walk"sorry i 4get what there called" should i just work through the pain? or take a break?

  1. i wouldnt work ur legs a lot maybe go for a jog or a long walk though beacuse you dont want to loss ur progress


  2. I'd do a bit of icing, stretching, and massage the area a bit.  see if over a few days that helps.  meanwhile, keep it light for a bit, if nothing else helps try taking a day off

  3. take a break... pain hurts
