Work visa for ireland?

ok i am an american citizen but i also have irish citizenship as well this summer i am going to be working over there for a month. would i need to get a work visa in order to do this? if so what type i will be traveling on my US passport for immigration reasons. im only seventeen idk if that will mean anythingg but i thought i would just add that in.

any info you can help me with would be great thanks!

  1. I am a Canadian citizen who also has Irish citizenship. The understanding I have is that if you have a valid Irish citizenship/passport you are eligible to work in Ireland and all other European Union countries without the need of a work visa.
