I want to go on parental leave but my work wont give me my record of employment. what can I do?

  1. By Law you have the right to have your records.

    If your employer refuses to give you, go to the police and file a report against him, if I am not wrong an Police Officer will be there and demand your report.

    If you do not feel comfortable doing this, go to the Court House and ask the clerk what the best way to do.

    Simple like that.

    I do not have to wish you a good lock, you will not need it.
