I was a shift manager at three different McDonald's, and things were different at each.  I visited and/or helped out at a few others and couldn't stand the management teams there.  In addition, I know some crew liked me, and others did not.  Not all personalities click, not all clash.

I worked at the one in Hatfield when I was a teenager. Hated it, glad I left and moved onto better things. The bosses were ok I suppose.

You cant find your bosses cause no one is willing to help, as the above answer said they dont even bother helping you on the first day tbh jobs like that you are better not getting into it at all!
