Worker Comp, can I cancel?

Hire broker for worker compensation, he work so slow, I haven't received policy number, can I cancel and find another one?

Do you mean a lawyer (broker)?  If so you can fire him, it is easier to just let your WC office know that he is no assistance to you and they can send yourself, the treating doctor, and the lawyer a letter of termination.

You have the right to find another broker to represent you and that new broker will send a letter to the carrier informing them that you have a new broker.  This way, you can get rid of the lazy insurance rep. without having to cancel your policy and start over.
