From a lawyer.  If you work at home or anywhere and you don't tell workers comp it's fraud and you can go to jail.  If you report it they will decrease your comp check according to what you are making to some percentage.  If you also have a third party suit it will not affect it except that your claim for future disability will be diminished.  Talk to your lawyer and see if he will let you borrow some money out of the settlement so you don't have to work.  If he won't do it, fire him and find a lawyer who will.  Lawyers can lend money on non-workers compensation lawsuits like third party lawsuits.


  2. It would prove you could work and earn an income.

  3. You'll get caught and go to jail for fraud.
