Workers comp insurance case ?

since day one insurance has denied my claim for work injury ,its been 6 months now ,and I'm going for my first deposition .my attorney asks for final report from my doctor what is going on I'm still hurt nothing has improve or what does final report means? or is this for court only?

Your attorney knows now that your doctor has released you from care.  All medical records are discoverable in court.  You attorney will talk with the doctor and see whats up and why your still hurting.  You doctor will say that your fine and your injury has ceased being the major contributing cause or it's not work related or your injuries are related or it's psychologically.

give complete details like what incident and which company u wating for cliam location u r staying with out any thing how do u get reply .... by hurting u r self problem will not solve decid there is no cliam form company even then we need to try for the solution u open copmlete situvation and the work done by u so for andd present codition s... make a list of up dates and foll w regularly u will get the amount then...

Final report means, that your doctor isn't treating you any more - this is the statement about the injury, how he thinks it happened, what exactly got damaged, and the treatment course and progress, and end result.
