Workers comp .opinion can you win it

JUST OPINIONS ..IF INSURANCE DENIES MY CLAIM AND THE STATE IS TAKING CARE OF ME FOR NOW ..LETS SAY THAT THE TOTAL IN CHECKS IS 9000.00 WHO PAYS THE STATE BACK ME OR INSURANCE WHEN I GET MY SETTLEMENT . THE STATE KNOWS THAT INSURANCE DOESNT WANT TO TAKE MY CLAIM .

You have to get an attorney and do a workmen's comp claim.  Should you win, your attorney gets the check, takes his fees out, sends the balance to you.  You then are responsible to pay the state back because if it weren't for the workmen's comp injury, they would not be paying you and they want their money back.

What is the claim about?  Why did the insurance deny the claim?  There is not enough information to decide.

The money you get from the insurance will have tp be paid by you back to the state.
