Workers comp problem now what

dont get me wrong i just want opinions .got attorney ok.....insurance has denied my claim after 1 month of investigation .so how do they make that decision?of denied claim,they said base on defense findings they denied..so now what igot my first deposition in 6 days .so what is my lawyer going to fight this ? any ideas thanks..

Well, the insurance company has information that says either the injury wasn't work related, legally, in your state.  

So the attorney is going to try to prove that it was.
