my lawyers' doctor put me on disability .for my work injury ,now i recieve a letter from insurance comp.saying that my BENEFITS ARE BEING DELAY ,DUE TO INCONSISTENT HISTORY OF ACCIDENT ,.DOES ANY ONE KNOW .WHAT , IT MEANS??

  1. That means, the medical records they have contradict something you told them, or something the employer told them.

  3. This means your claim is on deferred status.  The adjuster is investigating your claim before any benefits are being paid. The actual injury the insured doesn't know if it's a "real" claim.  Once it's processed and the investigation is over than you'll know if it's accepted or not.
