Workforce investment..Nursing scholarship??

I heard that this act allows you to get your nursing degree paid for and supplies everything needed, such as uniforms and even gas cards every month. Anyone have ANY information about this??

I don't know about it but my sister in law is a nurse too. She got a scholarship from below website a few years ago.
