Ok.. I am an avg. teenage guy.. I am tryin to get big.. (like not ripped), but just bigger than I am now because I am skinny.. I try to eat alot, but I dont gain much.. How do I get big w/o takin that protien c**p or takin that powder stuff that comes in big bottles.. I just wanna get big because I'm almost in college, and I am not that big (well no, that's not the real reason.. i wanna "you know" impress the girls)..

And a question for the girls.. "What do you like most in a guy"

is it the abs, chest, arms, etc??

  1. If your not willing to go out and get some nitro tech or muscle milk and use that along with a healthy full diet you can end up spending a lot of money on food ! LoL....

    Basically the cheapest way to do it is by eating really hearty foods like a ton of rice, potatoes, noodles, milk, eggs, and lean meats. Eating junkfood won't help just slow your progression.

    In the gym get on a pyramid workout and change it up every time you go to blast different muscle groups into growth and keep your body guessing. But the general rule is 6-10 reps doing the excersize correctly with form everytime and then gradually increasing weight. If you hit a wall and can't go up in weight anymore look online for different workouts that can zap your muscles into more growth!

    but I do have to say.

    If the only reason your trying to get bigger muscles is to impress the females, then you will have no success. People like myself body build and burn fat because we want to be able to perform. As men we feel a need to be the strong one and bring home the daily meat. If your going to set a goal to get bigger, set it for yourself, not to impress females, because honestly... its a horrible goal.

    Plus, most females that fall for guys with muscles are bim-bos... At least the majority of the ones Ive met.

  4. You're going to have to take some protein. Besides, it's good for you anyway. I can bet that you don't get your daily value of protein.

  6. Arms are probably the easiest to build up and will have the most noticeable affect since they're the most visible.

    It really depends on your build, if someones real scrawny even nice abs can look a bit weird. I'd focus on the upper body first, n then abs.

    The whole package is best. haha ...but who wants to work that hard.

  7. That protein is important. If your are working out and going and sitting on your butt afterwards you are losing around 80% of the work you just did. That's why people drink protein shakes, so that "c**p" you call it is very important.

    Note: If you don't care about getting muscle naturally you can try creatine or some sort of blood movement supplement that allows you to work more and harder causing your muscles to get bigger quicker. Creatine puts water in your muscles causing you to be able to do more when you are at the gym and not get sore the next day. Vapor is something that helps blood flow doing the same thing. Although if you plan on taking something such as creatine don't take it as a pure substance, studies have shown it causes heart attacks. "Getting big" naturally takes time, effort, and a good diet.   9. Here's how u can gain weight. The fastest way to put on weight with natural & with day to day stuff is by following the below.

    Daily mornings have a glass of warm milk mixed with 2-3 raw eggs with a couple of spoons of honey & may be lil bit of cardamom or cinnamon to build taste. Beat it up well & gulp it down. Follow this for a period of 2-3weeks & see how fast u gain weight. Also eat lotsa bananas & food mixed with ghee / butter / mayonnaise... Red meat helps in gaining quick weight & mass as well….
