Working Fine UNTILL I unglugged it and cleaned it.

Question

Appears the fuse is okay. I just cleaned the rear filter the plates and wiped off the fan. Plugged it back in after everything was dry. Appears there is NO power at all coming to the machine from the outlet. I have tried several other outlets with no luck. The one thing I did not do was probably ground the unit. Can you give me any advice, I have already searched the net and looked at the guide on the net.
