Help from a doctor or with workout training experience

Ive been doing Squats over 2 weeks now, while lifting 30 lb weights in each hand ... ive finished 6,000/10,000 of the training regimen. i did arms, biceps 10,000 before that.

well after a completing 500-1000 squats ... i take an hour break. then a loong cold bath ... i take a nap ... and sometimes get a little comfortable ... ill just say it ... i m********e ... 2x this week i notice that aloot of s***n seems to leak out, like i wus peeing it, 5-10 seconds before climax. and 2 days ago. right in the middle of the session, w/o me expecting it ... it climax, but i was not expecting it, i continued, and it climaxed again, it felt like i can go again. but i was too frightened and confused, ive never felt like this since i was 14yo. im 25+ now

i wearing supporters, their only very tight at the waist, not so much in the groin region, also im in a diet for 3 months now. i eat everything i used to eat. however only 10% of the amount ... so im also a bit malnourished ...

my question is, is there some DAMAGE in the GROIN region, the PROSTATE maybe. i only have 4,000 squats left, should i finish it ...

i need someone with similar experiences ... is there like long term effects ....

  1. you should not m********e while in trainning ... DUH ... even proffessional atletes dont have s*x ... its quite a popular, myth ...

also youre doing 10,000 squats while carrying 60 lbs, youre virtually squashing youre lower regions ... im more consern about youre intestinal tract, a full stomach and abdominal excercises is really bad, it can cause blockage.

unless there is pain youre probably ok ... also i would like to see if it is true that intense trainning can cause a second puberty coz of the tons of adrenalin and brain endorfins ...

  2. you need to wash you vag

  3. you should see a doctor???
