  1. If you're referring to a skilled visa, you need to pass the working visa assessment (you can take it online). You must be able to demonstrate your work experience and/or qualifications matches an occupation that is on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL). More info here: http://www.nationalvisas.com.au/skilled/...

You are also required to have a recent work experience in your nominated occupation at the time the visa is lodged. Or if you have studied for at least two years, this requirement may be waived if you lodge your skilled visa application within six months of completing your studies.

For job searching, try http://www.seek.com.au or http://www.nationalvisas.com.au/jobs/job...

    Good luck! =)

  2. You can only apply for the working holiday visa once...the only way to extend it is if you are already in Australia on the visa and then do fruit picking or similar seasonal work.

You may need to try entering on a student visa or something.

Check out the website that the 1st commentor suggested

  3. For all of the answers to all of your questions regarding immigration and visa's for Australia, follow this link to the government site:

    http://www.immi.gov.au

Permanent residency does not expire, so I assume that is not the "working visa" to which you refer. If you are talking about a temporary work permit as in a Working Holiday visa, you can't work for any one employer for longer than 3 months, the visa is designed for "young people" to have an extended holiday (12 months max) in Australia and finance themselves by working whilst they are over here.

Thus, depending on your visa, you might not be allowed to  work permanently anyway.

Start at the government site and take it from there.
