  1. Everyday, almost all the time.

  2. Most of the time I am focused on my work--but probably at least 12 hours of a 40 hour week are spent on sporadic thoughts of other things or overwhelming concerns with issues at home(the overwhelming things are very infrequent).

  3. As long as I'm working, my mind's focused only on the work at hand. But once I'm off work (even during breaks) I find myself wandering to all the 'problems and issues' that need resolution. I find that happening about a dozen times every work day.
