Working as elementary teacher?

hi everyone,

i am currently situated in the u.k and i am starting my A levels this september. my ambition is to become an elementary school teacher in america. i know how the immigration works however can anyone give me advice on whether to go to the USA and get a education degree and education masters degree over usa

  1. I have worked in two districts where you can teach with an education degree from another country as long as you are pursuing a masters degree at the same time.


  2. In the U.S. each state has a certification process. I live in Michigan but can't teach in another state without applying for certification which may include taking courses or tests.

  3. i feel it would be best to get it in the usa if you are planning to work here and have the choice.Our methods are some time different than in the UK.you might want to   finish universary andgo for the masters here.
