  1. NO.. NOT Necessary...

    the higher the position.. the more responsibility..

                           but the less work U have to do..

    ( U always have someone to push it off tooo) U just take the credit for it..

    You   WORK with Ur head.. and not Ur hands..

    it always pays more.. and do less.. go figure???
