Working at Chili's?

Question

I currently work at Olive Garden making 7 bucks an hour being a hostess. I was wondering if Chili's would pay more or about the same.. any information will help.. Thanks!

stay at Olive Garden and work your way up to being a server. You can bank at Olive Garden or Chili's but you already have history with OG.

As stated just stay where you're at.  I started out as a server at Chili's and now 21/2 yrs later I am a manager.

The only way for advancement is to stay where you are at and work your way to the top. Many folks is every industry have done just that & become very successful. You start floating around, employers see you as an unreliaible person.
