Working at Hooters, Just curious.?

So how much do they get paid?

I mean I'm sure the tips are pretty good, but whats there pay without the tips.

i actually heard that any waitress job actually makes a little less than minimum wage for some reason, depends on the job i guess, but as long as you know how to "work it", then the tips can be great!!

If you're working in the kitchen, make sure you remove shoes before going on your carpet.  Son's roommate worked there and ruined carpets cause they did not scrub the floors and were sooo greasy it was covered on bottoms of work shoes.  Yuck!

depends of where you live the average min wage for servers in tn is 2.15 and hour so its really crappy

I'm pretty sure they only make minimum wage. all waitresses that I've ever known make minimum wage and make all theyre real money in the tips. But I've heard the tips at Hooters can be up to like $500 a night. Like during Baseball season and the crazy rushes. So it makes up for the crappy paychecks.
