Working at Wendy's?

Question

To everybody that work at wendeys how to you cook your burgers. is it the same way mcdonalds cook there burgers you just put them on the grill push the button and when the timer goes off you take them off

How to you cook your meet ant Wendy's because i start my job

at wendeys Tommrrow and they got me cooking on the grill

I used to work at both places last year. Wendy's is the cleanest restaurant that i have EVER worked at!!!  The way Wendy's cook their burgers is different than how MD's cook theirs. Wendy's burgers are fresh and made to order, whereas MD's cook a bunch at a time and throw them all in a drawer until an order comes up. There are small burgers and big burgers at Wendy's so you gotta have them ready for when the sandwich maker needs them. It's not really that hard to work the grill at Wendy's. I can't really tell you how to grill in words. It's something that your manager will have to show you once you get to work tomorrow. Good luck. You'll like it

You wont be alone you will have some one train you so you will learn what and how to do this plus cross train case you need to help with other food preparations so don't worry.
