I have not personally worked there, but my friend has.  It can be very hard work and the hours are usually tough.  because of their 24 hour policy, your hours often run late.  Tip is sub par to higher quality restaurants like Islands or Rubys because the clientele has less to give and are not generous.  I would suggest looking into a higher class restaurant.
