  1. i dont know anyone who has worked at a dunkin donuts over the age of 15, im sure you  will get trained the basics about the cream and sugar, and the customer can always ask for extra sugar or cream, dont worry about it and good luck =D

  2. Hello,

I don't know about the age in that particular store, you could go in and ask.

I work there now--on my 3rd week.  You have training on the computer first, it gets kind of boring but it's through it goes through the steps from making coffee to smoothies to sandwiches.  The training is up to 12 hours and it may vary but I trained and worked at the same time--so i trained Friday and worked the next day, etc. (some places may have you do the training all at once and then start in the store).  It does get a little overwhelming the first week or so because a lot of it can be on-the-job-training.  I messed up a lot when i first started, some people are nice about it, others aren't.  As the job goes on I find that my short term memory has gotten better and I haven't been messing up so much now that I've gotten the hang of most of the coffee terms since there are so many  ways to ask for coffee and just in general some people can't even order it right.  It does get much easier.  You will get faster and you will be able to make coffee almost instantly after hearing the order.

Since it is a minimum-wage job, it can be extremely tiresome since the hours can  be long, you're always on your feet, and the morning-rushes can get pretty crazy.  Depending on the store's policies you may get tips which you share among those working that shift with you and this is a good bonus for a minimum-wage job.  I like the job so far because I'm always doing something--I've had some pretty boring jobs and  it helps pays for my books.

You can email me if you have anymore questions.  Good Luck.
