How can I get an exersize for my abs and arms with ice skating?

I already exersize my abs and arms (crutnches, push-ups ect.) but I was wondering if you could get abs or arms workout while ice skating since ice skating already works your legs.

  1. try dance. Hula and tahitian dancing is very nice excercise for your abs. if you email me with your state i could tell you many different hula studios in your area


  2. The best thing for your arms is just always keep them up, never down at your sides. Even if your standing or just skating toward someone, always keep them up. Not up above   your head of course, just at about chest level. This will not only be good for your arm muscles, it also helps you keep balance

    As far as abs while your on the ice, keep your stomach tight while your spinning and jumping, is all I can think of, and keep doing sit-ups and crunches off ice and you should be fine.

  4. either you do ice-skating or exercise with push ups, crutches !! no such exercise equiptment to make you while ice-skating. ok.
