Working for Aflac? What to expect?

Question

I posted my resume online and got a call from Aflac, not knowing much about the company I started doing research and have read both good and bad things.

My question is for people who have worked for Aflac or know someone who does. How much should I expect? What will I be required to do (of course selling insurance but will I go to work and make phone calls, or make the calls from home?) Also, I read something about training and licensing and was wondering how much I will have to pay for that? Any other details would be great! Thanks in advance!!

It's not a bad start in the insurance field, but if you make it 6 months don't be surrprised if almost all of the faces change in the office.   Getting a job with them is easy.  Making a career at it is tough.
