  1. Asda? are you serious? ASDA? OK whatever floats your boat, different strokes for different folks. They just ask you random questions such as; Why do you want to work at Asda?

My thought? DONT WORK THERE.Why not try Tescos? or if you're old enough in a proper place like an estate agents.

  2. you work for ASDA and get no money. that's what is said on the documentary of Michael Moore.. of bowling for Columbine.

I work for waltmart(asda) and get no money

  3. it suck they are rude to you and run you around like a headless chicken and all for no money. try get a job in a small cafe or something better pay and better work

  4. Not as bad as these other guys are saying. I worked there for 3 years in various different departments. It's flexible as I worked around my studies and the pay is much better than at Jessops for example (another place I worked). You get a payrise every year and a bonus as well if they have made enough profit. More holidays than where I currently work (I have now got a graduate job), and most people are very nice. Good price canteen food too and 10% discount on your grocery shopping, and 20% off selected things at Christmas! Only bad thing was you had to work at least 1 weekend day, and if you were contracted to Sundays you wouldn't be paid for Easter Sunday when it was closed (do get paid for Christmas and Boxing Day however).

  5. supermarkets are meant to be really c**p to work at, its a group interview isnt it, they rejected me haha iv heard its really c**p pay but then again every1 says different things, its up to u though, u can leav if u dont like it ther, i know people who work ther and they dont enjoy it at all it looks like a really boring and uncomfortable environment to work in aswell. x

  6. Boring and repetative, the wage suks but theres worse jobs you could do.

  7. Glad to see you have had positive feedback (lol) I don't and never have worked for Asda but go for it, its a job and jobs lead to other jobs its always easier to find other work when you are in work, OK yes there are days nobody wants to go to work but we all get em at least its working with the public which can be very funny.  My 1st job when I left school was in retail I really enjoyed it and sometimes even now (15 yrs) later miss it.  People moan about going to work at the end of the day no one forces anyone to go to work if its that bad find something else there are jobs out there that's why job centres are open! go to the interview and learn from the experience get the job and have some personal pride in the fact that the money going into your bank account is from your effort to go out and work.  Good luck in the interview would be interested to hear how you get on.
