Working in East Hanover, Planning to move to Sparta NJ. What do you think about the commute?

I am planning to buy a house in Sparta, however I've heard some stories about traffic in RT 80 and RT 15 that may stop me from moving there

I would like to hear some experience from Spartans commuting to the East Hanover/Morristown area. Thanks for your help!!!

Sparta is in a mountainous area and Rt. 15 is probably 2 lane which is full of school buses and other morning traffic.  Once one reaches I-80, things ought to be smooth sailing.
