Working in NYC Banana Republic????

My friend works there and said I should work there as well. She said they work with your school schedule is that true? I never been inside of this store but if its going to work with my school schedule then it cant be bad. What do you think or what stores would? Also doesnt your legs hurt after awhile? and do I have to dress up if I work there?
