Working in france?

Hi...i am doing my final year dentistry (Bachelor Of Dental surgery) in India....i will be moving to france in another one year as my hubby lives there...so i would like to know is Indian degree approved there? if not should i write any exams to start my pratcise? and...is there any website which can proveide me details regarding working or doing PG course in france...
