  1. I much prefer to be a producer because you are not responsible for a team, you must work to help your team produce so you can be paid off their efforts. Too much hassle in my opinion, plus you don't have newbies asking you 100 questions all day.


  2. How much money do you want to make?  Managers probably make $50,000 to $150,000 a year or so depending on a lot of factors.  Producers, on the other hand, can easily make $100,000 to $300,000 or more.  Many make over $1 million.

  3. As a manager- I would have to be out in the field less BUT I would receive money based on the production of my people in the field. Best place to be is where people are below you earning money but you can receive payment from the work of those below you.

    That is why I like network marketing soooo much... THAT is it's very concept- Pay for the work you initially put in trainiing others to do what you have done.

  4. Manager.  Those producers are pretty much straight commission, and sales is HARD.
