  1. Try yoga. Youll get what they called a "Superhero Body".

  2. use periods. like this.  i'd rather read this. unnecessary use of periods. than one giant run on sentence.

there is no such thing as "lower abs" it is all one muscle, you are probably going to have to get surgery if there is skin there.  if it is bodyfat you will need to alter your diet.

amount you can bench has nothing to do with how many push-ups you can do.  one is muscular strength, the other is endurance.  for more muscular endurance, do lots of push-ups regularly.  for more strength, lower the reps.

  3. First congrats on losing the weight. Second it is going to be difficult for you to get that 6 or 8 pack because of that extra skin you have. The extra skin you have is not really extra, it is just the stretched out skin from when you weighed 254. Some people will go have that extra skin surgically removed after they lose a lot of weight. Now if you don't have a whole lot of extra skin you will be able to maybe work it back into shape. Lower abs are by far more difficult to workout (I struggle to keep mine). This is what I do:

-Lay on your back on the floor and put your hands under your butt for balance. than bring your legs into your stomach and start lifting your butt off the floor but focus on keeping your abs tight and using your lower abs to get your butt up in the air.

-Find yourself a set of dip bars or a place you can do dips. Lock out your arms and just start lifting your legs straight up in front of you. Bring your legs up to about 90 degrees to your torso

As for the pushups, the best way to get better at them is to do pushups, just keep doing 20-25 sets ups pushups. Try 2 sets when you wake up, than 2 setss before you go to bed. I hope this helps, good luck

  4. no such thing as spot reduction. just keep doing crunches and running. as you lose more body fat they may start to show. although i may have to warn you that if your belly skin is stretched out, it make take a while for it to shrink down if ever. if you're getting that top 4 pack, just be happy that they are there now. great work on losing that weight BTW. keep it up!

  5. all i can say is do some every day. i did 100 sit ups, pull ups, and push ups every day for like two weeks and i got results! I have a natural six pack and i thought it was good then. but after my training...... BAM!!! they were like bricks baby!! You're probably thinkin, "easy for him to say", well im a skinny guy and i've tried doin this before and it didn't work. just turned out that i wasn't trying hard enough.
