  1. Because you are lifting weights you may be gaining muscle, if you want to lose weight then you must burn the fat. Keep walking and crunching, not only cut down your meal portions make sure you are eating foods that burn quickly, and then you have to eat more good food so that your body wont store the fat when in starvation mode.

    Eat small healthy meals frequently and keep exercising..don't lift weights because you actually gain weight


  2. Edward, I am going to give you the straight dope on getting to be a better you.  Do with it what you will...

    EAT all the fresh veggies/fruits, beans, whole grains you could possibly want.  Throw in some nuts and seeds too.  If a food has more than just a few ingredients listed, don't eat it.  Whole wheat spaghetti - good.  Captain Crunch - bad.  In other words, chow down my friend on whole, natural foods, chunk the processed stuff.

    You are a natural being, designed to do natural things - forget all the diet, fitness, muscle building hype.  It is all a CROCK!  You know I'm right, right?

    Follow my recommendations for a month and you WILL see and feel a difference.  Live long and prosper.

    i was lost 30 lbs in 3weeks

    i did carb diet

    no work out

    very little exercise, little walk+ bike = 1 out of 10

    first thing you shud notice is feel better, energy

    this will keep u going

    then u can watch the weight drop little by little

    do NOT see the drop and reward yourself a big feed

    many L I T T L E healthy snacks all day is good

    Whats your diet?

    Whats your Workout?

    Whats your Rest Patterns, Eg. Sleep?

    What are your goals?

    What are your stats?

    It depends on a lot of things mate.

    But if your doing everything well, You'll see slight improvements quite soon. But for real improvements your looking at about 4 to 5 months, but don't stop there.

  5. Its so hard to say.I wish it was like the biggest loser.In like 3months you would be like a different person.

  6. if ur doing it right it should 1-2 pounds per week loss
