When school starts il have soccer everyday after school and get home around 5 and will be too tired to weight lift probably plus I got schol work so u think it's an okay idea to work out just say Fri Sat Sun but like here's what I thinkFri. Chest Tricepts and TrapsSat. Back Bicepts and forearmsSun. Legs and Shouldersand all the other days ill have soccer plus I can come home and do ab workouts...good idea will I stil gain or at least maintain muscle or it's not enough? Any other suggestions...fri sat and sun are really the only days I could workout unless somehow I get free time and am well rested
